Randy Lillard is currently the Orbital Reef Program Manager here at Blue Origin. Previous to this, Randy worked at Capital One, where he managed the implementation of technology and cybersecurity initiatives across the enterprise. Prior to Capital One, Randy spent 20 years at NASA with positions at the Office of Management and Budget, NASA Headquarters, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory, and Johnson Space Center. Randy was a Program Examiner at OMB, lead JSC’s Exploration Technology Office, and was the Program Executive for the Technology Demonstration Missions Program within the Space Technology Mission Directorate. Randy has a PhD in Aeronautics and Astronautics from Purdue University and MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School.
