Exclusive Hotel Rates

You’ll find access to exclusive ASCEND hotel rates for attendees and government employees here. Rates for Harrah’s Las Vegas, The LINQ Hotel + Experience, and Flamingo Las Vegas are available through 5 July 2024 and do not include taxes.

Harrah’s Las Vegas, The LINQ Hotel + Experience, and Flamingo Las Vegas, are the official event hotels for 2024 ASCEND. These hotels are in close proximity to Caesars Forum, making it easier for you to relax or have a meeting between sessions. Harrah’s Las Vegas and The LINQ Hotel + Experience in particular have direct, airconditioned access to the venue so you can avoid the heat. We kindly ask that all attendees joining us in Las Vegas book within the room block.

For guests who prefer to make a reservation by phone, you may call the Reservation Center at 888-458-8471 and reference attendee group code SHAIA4 or government group code SHAIA4D. Note that an additional processing fee per reservation will be incurred for phone reservations.

Be Wary of Hotel Scams: AIAA conferences and forums have recently become the target of wholesaler companies trying to sell rooms for our events. If you receive a phone call offering to make your reservation and take credit card information over the phone or via email, we highly recommend that you do not use their services. You run the risk of arriving at the hotel and not having a reservation, or being unable to modify or cancel your reservation, and possibly compromising your credit card details. AIAA does not contract with any company to serve as our representative, room block representative or housing company. It is recommended that AIAA attendees follow the suggested channels for booking accommodation within the conference block by following the instructions on this page. If you receive solicitations from other companies, please forward them to AIAA.

Las Vegas offers a stellar fleet of bus transportation options that helps space event-goers explore the city with ease. The Deuce, operated by the Regional Transportation Commission, is a popular choice with two routes for exploring the Strip or downtown.

The Deuce on the Strip stops at almost every resort on the Strip, while the DVX bus route partially runs through downtown and Fremont Street, offering access to the city’s arts and entertainment scene. Additionally, the Downtown Loop is a free shuttle that takes visitors to exciting areas of the city, such as the Arts District and Fremont Street Experience, making it a convenient and affordable way to get around Las Vegas.
