Brook Leonard is the Chief Executive Officer at Rogue Space Systems, leading the company’s strategy and execution to operationalize in-space logistics and on-orbit autonomy and compute platforms in support of national security and commercial space customers. A retired Major General and former Chief of Staff for United States Space Command, he brings over three decades of combat-tested leadership in global space, air, and joint operations to Rogue’s strategy, culture, and execution. As CEO, he is the integrator of business development, engineering, operations, finance, and business support functions to build toward Rogue’s goal of being the world’s leading space logistics company. He is dedicated to growing the enterprise value of the company and deepening partnerships with the U.S. government, domestic and international commercial companies, to deliver space capabilities enabling affordable and rapid iteration and sustainable operations to maintain a continuous advantage in orbit.
