TICKET PICK UP

The winner will meet an AIAA staff member at the AIAA booth in the ASCEND Engagement Zone at Caesars Forum, Las Vegas, between 1–7 p.m. PT on Sunday, 22 October. Proper identification is required for ticket pickup.

OFFICIAL DRAWING RULES

1. No purchase is necessary to participate.
2. The drawing is open to persons who are eighteen (18) years of age or older.
3. The winner is selected by AIAA. All decisions are final.
4. AIAA may publicize the name of the winner.
5. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash or other alternative goods or services.
6. The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
7. AIAA has no liability or responsibility if the concert is cancelled or if the winner is unable to attend the concert due to travel delays, weather, or other causes.
8. AIAA is not liable for, and the winner assumes the entire risk of, any damage, harm, liability, expense, injury, or death suffered or incurred in connection with the concert, including attendance and travel.
9. AIAA reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the drawing.
10. The drawing is void where prohibited by law.
11. AIAA will provide the winner with a Form 1099 for tax reporting purposes, and the tickets will not be transferred to the winner until the tax information is collected.
