A Ph.D. in aerospace engineering with a specialization in precision navigation and timing, Tim Crain formerly served as a key technology program manager within NASA where, over the course of 13 years, he helped shape missions like the Mars Science Lander and Orion spacecraft. He continues to serve as mission director for landing missions. Tim brings deep expertise in scalable innovation across the aerospace, energy, and medical industries. His technical background spans flight dynamics—guidance, navigation, and control—as well as automated flight systems, high-fidelity system analysis and optimization, and precision navigation and timing.
