A first-of-its kind event in a one-of-its kind venue.

ASCEND is pleased to be one of the first events to christen the new 300,000 sq. ft. Caesars Forum (not to be mistaken with Caesars Palace, which is a considerable distance away). Caesars Forum is the first single-level facility built on this scale with two pillar-less ballrooms offering unobstructed sightlines and meeting space.  It also features two smaller ballrooms and an impressive outdoor plaza. The conference center is easy walking distance from ASCEND’s three preferred conference hotels: Harrah’s Las Vegas, LINQ Hotel and Casino and Flamingo Las Vegas, with a convenient pedestrian bridge adjoining each venue to the event.

Please use the links provided to secure your reservation. The average room rate shown is the average for all nights staying.  Note that Las Vegas hotel rooms are priced higher for weekend nights, so the average rate shown, might not equal the daily rate. Those attendees who book through the room block will receive a special welcome gift during ASCEND.

There are a limited number of rooms available for our U.S. Federal Government attendees. You will need a valid government employee ID upon check in. Please make sure to share this information with your travel professionals so that they may book you into the per diem rated rooms.

Beware of Travel Scams

AIAA conferences and forums have recently become the target of wholesaler companies trying to sell rooms for our events. If you receive a phone call offering to make your reservation and take credit card information over the phone or via email, we highly recommend that you do not use their services. You run the risk of arriving at the hotel and not having a reservation, or being unable to modify or cancel your reservation, and possibly compromising your credit card details. AIAA does not contract with any company to serve as our representative, room block representative or housing company. It is recommended that AIAA attendees follow the suggested channels for booking accommodation within the conference block by following the instructions on this page.

If you receive solicitations from other companies, please forward them to AIAA.
