Exhibit Hall Hours

This interactive and engaging online environment allows AUSA NOW attendees to visit your booth and learn about your products and services without leaving the comfort of their home or office.   Anywhere, anytime – October 13 – 16, 2020.

Dedicated “Power Hours” are designed without conflicting live learning content or technical sessions.  This provides exhibitors the ability to schedule demonstrations and meetings between the morning and afternoon technical programming and providing convenient scheduling or attendees in multiple time zones.

Staffing Your Booth

We encourage exhibitors to be available throughout the day and make appointments according to your availability. Army Senior Leaders will be using these times to schedule appointments with you.

Scheduling Appointments

You will be able to start scheduling appointments on September 21, 2020.  Appointments should be made throughout each day not just during the Power Hours.  Appointments will be available in 15-minute increments but you can schedule more than one appointment to each individual.

You will determine the times that your booth will be manned and can assign booth staff to specific appointments.  Please refer to the Appointment Setting & Networking Instructions for more information.


AUSA Show Management encourages you to be aware of organizations who claim to have access to the AUSA Now Attendee List, as they may try to sell this list to you.

Please note AUSA DOES NOT distribute any attendee lists or any attendee information and DOES NOT offer list rental services.

Like many trade shows today, AUSA Now is targeted by unethical businesses that may scrape email addresses from our website to contact our exhibitors about list rentals and other sales offers.

If you receive solicitations, please forward them to your exhibit sales contact or meetings@ausa.org. Show Management takes every measure to protect our customer’s data and will take appropriate actions to stop the sale any unofficial lists.
